By accessing or using any part of the Plot Profit Academy website, courses, or communities, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Acceptable Use

Be respectful in all communities and communications.

No harassment, hate speech, spam, or illegal activity.

Do not share or resell course content without written permission.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, text, images, and other content are owned by Plot Profit Academy, LLC or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your own learning.

Limitation of Liability

Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Utah law. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Utah County, Utah.

Terms of Sale & Refund Policy

Subscription Renewal: Monthly
Refund Window: 90 days (action-based)

We offer a 90-day action-based refund guarantee on core courses and memberships if all of the following conditions are met:

Mailing: Send at least 3,000 pieces of mail per month for the first three months using one of our recommended mail houses. Provide receipts or dashboard screenshots as proof.

Data: Download at least 3,000 land records per month for the first three months from a reputable provider. Provide export logs or invoices as proof.

Training: Complete the entire Plot Profit Academy course, including all modules.

Exit Call: Schedule and attend a call with a PPA founder (Hunter or Kevin) within the refund window to discuss your experience.

How to Request a Refund:
Email [email protected] with the subject “Refund Request.” Include your order number and proof of completion for each requirement. Requests are reviewed within 10 business days.

Exclusions:
Live events, coaching, done-for-you services, and digital downloads are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

By opting into “Plot Profit Academy Alerts,” you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational texts from Plot Profit Academy at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
